To support this growth, we are looking for a
DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGER
who has a talent for making complex topics clear, engaging and easy to remember
Key responsibilities:
- Build a clear and practical digital learning experience that helps customers and internal teams understand the product with confidence.
- Create and maintain training resources in different formats, including learning modules, user guides, videos and other practical materials.
- Turn product updates and technical information into clear, structured and easy-to-follow explanations.
- Design learning paths for different user needs, helping people understand the product step by step.
- Work closely with Product Management and Support teams to ensure accuracy, relevance and continuous improvement based on product changes, user feedback and learning data
- Manage the Learning Management System and keep training resources well organized, updated and easy to access.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Education, Communication, Business, IT or another relevant field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital learning, training, Learning Management System administration or a similar field.
- Practical experience creating training resources such as learning modules, user guides, videos or /and documentation.
- Experience with learning platforms and digital tools for creating training materials. Synthesia or similar video tools would be a plus.
- Basic experience with learning platform data and reporting.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of AARO features, workflows or similar financial software would be an advantage.
